I’ve been retired for several years and had lived in my home for almost forty years. I decided it was time to sell. I knew Billy for several years and knew he was a person of impeccable credentials. I found Billy to be honest, hardworking and had many years of experience behind him. I trusted Billy to help me make the right decisions at every turn. I was never disappointed. He’s the best agent I could have hoped for to help me make this personal life-changing event. He always had my best interest at heart. If there were any issues, he addressed them head on. We worked well together and respected each other’s interest. In six to nine days, I had several bids on my house and I accepted a bid that was more than the asking price. My house was sold, and the rest was history. It was so fast!! I recommend Billy to anyone who wants an agent who will get the job done and will always do the right thing for his clients. If I had to rate Billy from 1-10, I would give him a 15!

Billy was absolutely amazing! We are from out of state, and when we called Billy, he responded immediately. He was professional and very friendly. He understood what type of property we were looking for and arranged an itinerary to show them to us once we flew into town, he also made recommendations of hotels. He is very knowledgeable of the whole Coachella Valley. We found a house after a couple of days of showings. Right when we met Billy, he made us feel like we knew him for years. We have used Billy Woomer on several transactions in the past with great success. This year we decided to buy and sell at the exact same time. Not sure what we were thinking……. Billy was instrumental in us getting the new property after it fell out of escrow. He got us a signed around deal In less than 24 hours. Then we put our home on the market and it sold in days at full ask and all cash. Everything was going along SO perfect we kept waiting for something to fall apart. It never did. I would give Billy 10 stars if I could. His taste and work ethic is beyond impeccable. Within 24 hours of expressing SOME interest in purchasing a property in the Palm Springs area, Billy had looked at 7 listings for us, narrowed it down to 4 for us to see, 3 were exactly at we were looking for, 1 was our dream home. 2 days after that our offer was accepted on that home. You can’t do better than that. Billy is a skilled and calm negotiator, extremely collaborative and as we were out of town for most of the process, Billy consistently went above and beyond the call of duty by coordinating things like cleaning, repair, locks, alarms, etc. We have bought and sold a handful of properties and have worked with some excellent realtors but Billy is in a class by himself. The best!
